  • 3 peperoni (uno giallo, uno rosso e uno verde: sarà più divertente) - 3 bell peppers (one yellow, one red and one green: it will be more amusing:));
  • Qualche granello di pepe - Some grains of black pepper;

  • Olio d'oliva - Olive oil;
  • 2 cucchiaini di prezzemolo fresco e appena tritato - 2 teaspoons of parsley freshly chopped.

Procedimento

  1. Preparate una piastra (ottima anche una bistecchiera).

Method

  1. Prepare the griddle (it's ok to use a griddle pan).
  2. Wash the peppers, cut them open and clean the insides by extracting the white part (pith) and seeds.
  3. Slice them up to obtain strips of approximately 1 cm thick.
  4. Put the pepper strips on the griddle, pre-heated.
  5. Brown the peppers (you can also peel them when they are ready, if you prefer)
  6. Mix the reamining ingredients, which have already been chopped, with the peppers and stir them with some drops of olive oil.
