These sweets are for every occasion when you feel sparkling or when you want something quick and delicious for your guests.

They are just right for Carnevale too.

 

This is the right way to remember (forever!) these words (ingredients, verbs and so forth).

 

 

Che cosa vi occorre? What do you need?

 

Ingredienti (Ingredients)

 

 

70 gr di burro (butter);

300 gr di biscotti (plain biscuits);

un pacchetto di farina di cocco (1 bag of coconut milk powder);

100 gr della mitica Nutella®!!! The legendary Nutella® ^-^

Procedimento

 

  1. Ammorbidite il burro (è sufficiente un pentolino appena caldo).
  2. Tritate finemente i biscotti.
  3. In un recipiente ampio amalgamate i biscotti con il burro, 50 gr di farina di cocco e ovviamente la Nutella®.
  4. Potete aggiungere un po' di latte (attenti a non esagerare! :-) ) se l'impasto risulta troppo duro da lavorare.
  5. Lasciate l'impasto per almeno un 'ora in frigorifero.
  6. Preparate un piatto fondo in cui mettere della farina di cocco.
  7. Quando il vostro impasto sarà solido e compatto prendete piccole porzioni e lavoratele con le mani in modo da formare piccole palline e passatele nel piatto in cui avrete predisposto della farina di cocco.
  8. Adesso non vi resta che assaggiare la vostra prelibatezza!

Method

 

  1. Soften the butter (It is sufficient to gently heat a smal pan).

 

  1. Chop then crush the biscuits.
  2. Into a wide bowl, mix the biscuits with the melted butter, 50g of coconut powder and obviously Nutella®.
  3. You can add a drop of milk (be careful not to add to much! :-) ) if the mixture seems too difficult to mix.
  4. Leave the mixture for at least an hour in the fridge.
  5. Prepare a bowl filled with coconut powder.
  6. When the mixture is solid and compact, take small protions and work with your hands to shape small balls.

Next roll the balls inside the bowl of coconut powder.

 

  1. Now it is ready for you to taste your delicacy!
